Raw Diet: Bone vs meat percentage in common raw meaty bones

We should all know that we need to incorporate raw meaty bones, i.e. raw muscle meat enclosing bone, into our pet’s balanced diets (refer to last post for more information). Then, the question comes, how do we know how much muscle meat and how much bone content is on each piece? How do we know that we’re not overfeeding or underfeeding our pets on certain components?
